- Technische Daten: Farbe transparent, Basis EVA (Ethylen-Vinyl-Acetat), Entweichungspunkt ca. 87°, Viskosität ca. 9500 mPas bei 180°C, Verarbeitungstemperatur 160°-210°C, offene Zeit in Sek. 30-90 Sek., Wärmefestigkeit ca. 62°C, Dichte (20°C/68°F) 0,98 g/cm³
Anwendungsgebiete
Insbesondere auf Holz, Papier/Karton (auch beschichtet), Glas, Metall, Keramik, Leder, Melamin, ABS, PC, PMMA, PS, HIPS, PUR aufgeschäumt und PVC.
Verarbeitungshinweise
Der Klebstoff wird im Allgemeinen punkt- oder streifenförmig aufgetragen. Teile dann sofort fest zusammendrücken. Die Verbindungen sind je nach Klebstofftyp und Auftragsstärke nach 30 bis 180 Sekunden schon voll belastbar.
